Celnor Group has acquired Dublin-based Safety Solutions Group, marking its fourth acquisition in Ireland and adding to its risk management, training and compliance services.

Founded in 1996 by Ciarán McEvoy, Safety Solutions Group provides health and safety training, risk management and compliance services to public and private sector organisations nationwide. McEvoy will remain with the business as a strategic adviser.

Through its Safe Cert division, the company also carries out plant, machinery and equipment inspections and statutory certification. Its clients span construction, education, public services, property and facilities management, warehousing and industrial operations.

The business will join Celnor’s risk management division.
