Healix introduces digital healthcare offering for SMEs

Healix has launched a digital healthcare solution for UK SMEs, made available to employees through its My Healix App

Healix ConneX offers three levels of care for businesses. The Lite package includes a virtual 24/7 GP service and mental health assessments, while the Healix Triage option provides access to additional benefits including musculoskeletal assessments, a well-being platform to improve health, sleep and manage stress, cancer care support and MyGym discounts.

Employers that choose to take up the ConneX Care option will also be able to offer workers face-to-face physio and mental health consultations.

Ian Talbot, CEO of Healix Health, said: “With the healthcare sector under immense pressure, and with businesses of all sizes continuing to navigate economic pressures, it is essential that affordable wellbeing support is available to reduce sick days and potentially contribute to increased workforce productivity.

“Through working with firms to offer cost-effective packages to suit their business, access to healthcare isn’t limited to senior employees and extends healthcare support to all.

“Our recent data has shown a surge in employee demand for virtual GP services as access to primary care is becoming increasingly challenging. We’re thrilled to be able to offer this solution at a time when recruiting and retaining staff through having a solid wellbeing strategy in place is a key priority for firms in 2024.”
