WTW expands crisis management unit

WTW has expanded its Alert:24 crisis management offering with the opening of two additional operations centres in Houston, US and Sydney, Australia; and the wider growth of its teams in the US and Singapore.

Kate Colberg is the risk advisory lead for North America whilst Gabriella Cserei will be North America crisis support team leader in Houston. In Singapore, Marcus Chew is the risk advisory lead for Asia-Pacific, whilst Tristan Simpson will be based in Sydney as Asia-Pacific crisis support team leader.

Rob Taylor continues to lead the Alert:24 team globally and reporting into Jo Holliday, head of global crisis management.

Holliday said: “The Alert:24 team provide clients with security risk intelligence, consultancy and training as well as 24/7 support during a security situation. As well as announcing today’s expansion of WTW’s crisis management global footprint, we are also deepening our consulting capabilities to ensure that special crime, terrorism and accident and health insurance clients are fully supported at all times. These fast moving and specialist classes of business require a true centre of excellence and the enhanced support that the Alert:24 team deliver so well.”
