F24 has widened its portfolio into the DACH region with the acquisition of Business-DNA Solutions, a provider of governance, risk and compliance tools.
Business-DNA’s core product, TopEase, is a multi-faceted software platform for risk, process, control, continuity, architecture, regulation, capability and security management. Under the terms of the acquisition, the management team of Business-DNA will retain their roles.
F24’s Dr Jörg Rahmer said: ”We are happy to welcome Business DNA to the F24 family. This acquisition expands our knowledge base and technological expertise.
