All change on the board of Allianz Global Corporate and Specialty.
The two current chief regions and markets officers, Sinéad Browne and Hartmut Mai are to resign with effect from 30th June.
Henning Haagen will assume responsibility for all AGCS regional units outside North America. Bill Scaldaferri will continue to head AGCS’ North America Regional Group.
Dr. Renate Strasser, current CEO of New Reinsurance Company, will join the CUO, Specialty, succeeding Henning Haagen in this role.
Dr. Thomas Sepp, current CUO, Corporate, will take over as CCO. He will be succeeded by Tony Buckle, previously CUO, International P/C at Axa XL.
