Zurich Group Claims makes new leadership appointments

Zurich Insurance Group has appointed Annarita Roscino as group claims data and insights leader, and Nelcia Oliveira as regional chief claims officer for Latin America. Both will report to Ian Thompson, group chief claims officer.

In her new role, Ms Roscino will focus on establishing and executing the group claims data and insight strategy, developing data science capabilities across regions and countries. She joined Zurich in 2006 in the UK, where she was most recently head of predictive analytics, UK Operations.

Ms. Oliveira joined Zurich in 2006 in Brazil as a claims specialist for marine, property and liability and has since held several P/C and Life claims leadership roles. Most recently, she was head of technical claims excellence for Latin America.
