QBE has promoted Vila to head of distribution for Europe, reinforcing its focus on growth across the region.
Based in Barcelona, Vila has been with QBE Europe for almost four years, previously leading strategy and transformation and shaping the European growth agenda. She will lead engagement with brokers and clients across Europe, aligning distribution with the business’s growth priorities.
