Tokio Marine HCC Specialty Group has appointed Shaun Russ as head of London Market, Crisis Management, based in London.

Russ has over 15 years’ of London Market experience and joins TMHCC from Axa XL where he served as senior product recall underwriter. He has also held roles at Chubb Global Markets and Lockton Companies International.

Russ reports to Mark Hutton, who was appointed as head of Crisis Management, International in May 2024.
