Canopius Group has appointed Chris Getty as cyber and technology underwriter. Getty joins with immediate effect, reporting directly to Mike Shen, head of cyber and technology, London Market.

Getty has over nine years of cyber insurance experience, joining the company from Talbot Underwriting where he served, most recently, as head of cyber and technology. He began his career with Barlow Lyde and Gilbert LLP and is a qualified solicitor.
