Lime Global has launched a modular healthcare subscription service.
Lime OnCall is designed to allow employers to offer tailored, affordable healthcare to staff.
At the centre of the Lime OnCall subscription sits a tool created to provide employees with rapid access to medical advice. Where employees require additional support, the Fast Answers tool will refer them to the relevant Lime OnCall service, such as mental health, cancer support, women’s health and physio.
Shaun Williams, CEO, Lime Global, commented: “For many businesses it’s not affordable or straightforward to offer health and well-being support across the whole workforce. Yet, we know that people are struggling and increasingly anxious about their health and well-being.
“While many organisations want to help their employees, it can be difficult to gauge exactly what people are going through – particularly with so many feeling unable to talk about their well-being. It is therefore vital that employers take the time to understand how their staff might be struggling, and what support would be most useful for them regardless of their role, expertise or seniority.”
