MS Amlin Underwriting has appointed Vishal Desai as chief risk officer.
Mr Desai, who joins the firm in May 2021, brings over 18 years’ general insurance industry experience in the UK and internationally from UBS, PwC and Hiscox.
He joins from the Bank of England where he is acting head of division general insurance risk specialists, and chief actuary, with responsibility for the supervision of London Market, retail and groups firms.
