CMAC and F24 form strategic partnership

CMAC Group is partnering with F24 to provide a streamlined business continuity offering, combining CMAC’s emergency transport services with F24’s crisis management and emergency notification solution.

This new alliance of two of the industry’s best-known names will pool the expert knowledge of the UK’s leading provider of pre-planned and emergency transport and accommodation solutions with F24’s market-leading SaaS solution, FACT24.

Steve Turner, chief executive of CMAC Group, said: “We are delighted to announce this exciting relationship with F24 and see it as a key collaboration in ensuring the continued growth of both businesses. It means we can deliver an enhanced service for customers, using the technical expertise and experience gained over years of helping people in unfortunate and sometimes frightening situations.

“The F24 emergency notification service will form another part of the armoury in handling crisis situations, such as the recent storms in Greece where we helped relocate 1,500 passengers, and the Beast from the East in the UK which saw us work with major airlines, rail operators and roadside assistance companies.

“CMAC Group is committed to offering the highest level of service and we believe this partnership with F24 will allow us to continue to strive for these gold standards.”

Munich-based F24 was established in 2000 and now has offices in Zurich, London, Trondheim, Paris, Luxembourg City, Madrid, Belgium, Vienna, Dubai, Mexico City and Santiago de Chile. It supports companies and organisations in over 100 countries around the world.

John Davison, managing director of F24 UK Ltd, said: “We offer a highly innovative solution and support clients worldwide in the efficient and successful management of incidents, emergencies and crises, all in a virtual workspace. This partnership with CMAC Group makes perfect sense, allowing our clients to align emergency accommodation and transportation alongside our existing emergency notification and crisis management capability.”

With three bases in the UK, CMAC has a nationwide network of more than 4,000 approved suppliers and boasts a client portfolio of world leading organisations and industry partners. It also has a growing European presence – currently operating across Spain, Portugal, Morocco, Greece and Cyprus.
