Howden has appointed Enrico Nanni as CEO of Europe, effective 1 January 2027. He will retain his role as chief commercial officer alongside his new responsibilities and report to Luigi Sturani, CEO of Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
Nanni will work with country CEOs to oversee the development of Howden’s European business. He joined the broker in 2021 and has helped oversee its expansion across the region, having previously held senior roles at Aon and Willis Towers Watson.
