Rokstone launches dedicated cyber division

Rokstone has unveiled a dedicated cyber division and confirmed that Debbie Hobbs will join the business to lead its development.

Hobbs has twenty years of legal, claims and underwriting experience. A qualified lawyer, she has worked at several of the sector’s major law firms, including DWF and Clyde and Co, before moving into underwriting roles. She was previously head of cyber tech and media at Miller, and spent five years as the London practice cyber and technology lead for Ryan Specialty Group’s EmergIn Risk, where she oversaw global large and complex cyber risks.

Hobbs will join Rokstone in 2026 once her notice period has concluded.
