WTW and TechWolf team up on AI-driven workforce transformation

TechWolf and WTW have announced a strategic partnership designed to help large organisations use AI and workforce data to support skills development and workforce planning.

The partnership combines TechWolf's AI-powered skills intelligence platform with WTW's workforce strategy and transformation offering.

The partnership is intended to give organisations a real-time view of workforce skills and support decisions around job design, internal mobility and workforce planning.

Andreas De Neve, chief executive of TechWolf, said: "AI is rewriting work faster than organisations can adapt. More and more of the world's largest enterprises are coming to us for the data layer that lets them lead through that transformation, not react to it."

Research by WTW found that 63% of organisations believe a skills-focused organisation should prioritise upskilling and reskilling employees to address capability gaps rather than recruiting externally.

Renée Smith, senior managing director for work, rewards and career at WTW, commented: "Companies understand that skills matter. The real challenge is amassing both demand and supply data in one place, then translating skills data into practical decisions at scale. By combining WTW's advisory expertise with TechWolf's intelligence on skills we can help clients move beyond fragmented data to create a dynamic foundation for upskilling, reskilling, mobility and talent transformation."
