Lorega is to provide its Claims Concierge service for contract works claims above £20,000 under Renovation Underwriting policies from 1 April 2026, bringing together two brands within Geo Underwriting.

The service will be embedded across key Renovation Underwriting products as a standard feature, with costs included in the premium. It provides a dedicated team to prepare, calculate and negotiate claims on behalf of policyholders, aiming to speed up settlements.

"It’s often the case that end clients have little or no expertise in dealing with claims or construction and they are already time poor. That’s why we’ve embedded the Lorega Claims Concierge service into our policies, ensuring that if the worst happens, policyholders have a dedicated claims team working on their behalf to resolve the claim as quickly as possible.”
