Nicola Mellor, director of qualifications and assessment at the CII, commented: “It’s brilliant to see this growth in the number of exams and qualifications completed last year. The results demonstrate an appetite for skills and progression within the sector, as well as our members’ continued commitment to professional development, and upholding the highest professional standards across insurance and personal finance. It’s also really encouraging to see our increased focus on developing the pipeline of talent into financial planning reflected in these results.”
