Direct Commercial launches new broker portal

Direct Commercial has launched a new broker portal providing brokers with more functionality and accessibility to the MGA’s services.

With its new tracker, brokers will be better able to keep track of a claim’s progress, and apply appropriate filters for specific updates and insights about their policyholders’ claims.

While the portal enhances Direct Commercial’s broker service, the firm says the key facets of its interaction with brokers on claims will remain, including its quarterly claims review.

Adam Marsh of Direct Commercial Limited, said: "Integrating our new portal is the latest step in our continued response to enhance services for brokers with digital solutions; having launched a new policy earlier in the year, Connect, which supports policyholders already invested in CCTV.

“Listening to brokers' needs is central to this initiative. The portal's phased development is aligned with their feedback, with the portal designed to offer comprehensive accessibility, enabling efficient administration and quick access to data insights.”

Moving forward, DCL plans to develop the portal in phases, with initial plans for features such as the ability to administer vehicle adjustments and access to a document repository.
