Zurich achieves highest certification for employee well-being

Zurich Insurance Group’s global headquarters, Quai Zurich Campus, has received WELL Platinum certification, the highest award for employee well-being. Zurich is one of the first companies in Europe to achieve WELL Platinum status.

Quai Zurich Campus was planned, built and renovated with sustainability in mind. Following the award of LEED Platinum certification for the whole campus in 2021, the building has now achieved the highest levels in both the LEED and WELL environmental rating systems.

Zurich aims to provide facilities that foster a culture of innovation and service, giving a warm welcome to visitors and allowing employees to work flexibly, collaboratively and creatively.

Several of the group’s offices have achieved certifications that demonstrate the degree to which sustainability has been integrated into their design, construction and operations.
