Davies teams up with Empower Development

Professional services and technology firm Davies has signed an agreement with Empower Development that will see the training provider deliver specialised learning content to Davies’ apprentices. Davies has 1,750 apprentices enrolled across its programmes and is certified by the Department of Education to offer flexi-job apprenticeships.

Craig Potter, chief operating officer at Davies Learning Solutions, said: “Investing in enhanced learning programmes that support our apprentices’ development is a key part of our strategy.

“We are always looking for new ways to support our insurance apprentices, helping them achieve their goals and drive their careers forward.”

Samantha Ridgewell, founder and managing director of Empower Development, added: “We are delighted to be partnering with Davies to enhance the technical offering for their insurance apprentices.”
