F24 acquires GRC solution provider

F24 has widened its portfolio into the DACH region with the acquisition of Business-DNA Solutions, a provider of governance, risk and compliance tools.

Business-DNA’s core product, TopEase, is a multi-faceted software platform for risk, process, control, continuity, architecture, regulation, capability and security management. Under the terms of the acquisition, the management team of Business-DNA will retain their roles.

F24’s Dr Jörg Rahmer said: ”We are happy to welcome Business DNA to the F24 family. This acquisition expands our knowledge base and technological expertise. Furthermore, it enables us to support our customers in every phase before, during and after a critical situation with our holistic portfolio for resilience.”
