NFU Mutual partners with Risk Solved

NFU Mutual has announced a partnership with Risk Solved whereby the software provider will support the insurer's loss control and health and safety services for its policyholders, agents and brokers.

Andy Manson, managing director, NFU Mutual Risk Management Services said: “NFU Mutual always strives to be a great company for customers to do business with, and we are proud of the high standards of customer service and cover we provide our members.

“We needed a solution which serve our business needs, but most importantly which helped us work with members to protect what matters most to them. This platform from Risk Solved does just that, helping the risk management function to scale efficiently to inform underwriting, better support our field teams, and deliver improved digital services to our customers.”

“NFU Mutual is part of the fabric of rural communities and we use our expertise to help these communities thrive. The Risk Solved platform will help us do that more efficiently and, importantly, more sustainably.”
