Guy Carpenter unveils InsurTech Center of Excellence

Guy Carpenter & Company has launched its new InsurTech Center of Excellence.

Offering a range of customised reinsurance broking, advisory and analytical services for carriers and MGAs, the InsurTech COE will provide market entry analysis, portfolio construction, actuarial support, rating advisory and capital modelling. Guy Carpenter’s own Max Aronchick will lead the team.

Commenting on the launch, John Trace, CEO, North America, Guy Carpenter, said: “The InsurTech COE positions Guy Carpenter at the forefront of the development of the tech-empowered insurance market. By bringing together an extensive team of sector experts exclusively dedicated to this rapidly evolving environment, our aim is to provide the most relevant services and solutions, coupled with market insight and intelligence to support industry innovation.”

The company currently maintains a large portfolio of insurtech clients totalling nearly US$3bn in direct written premium.
