Penrice named new ICSA president

The Chartered Governance Institute has announced that Victoria Penrice has been selected to be its new president, effective 1st August 2020.

Previously group company secretary at Seadrill, Penrice has corporate governance and leadership experience across a number of sectors, including offshore drilling, mining, engineering and leisure, having worked for major household names including Rolls-Royce Holdings, The British Land Company, Royal Mail Group and Mitchells & Butlers.

Penrice has also served as vice-president of ICSA, as a member of the Institute’s Nomination and Remuneration committees and on the board of the Institute’s Audit and Risk Committee. She also served on the Qualifications Committee and Investment Subcommittee.
