DAC Beachcroft deploys Verisk for litigated claims

DAC Beachcroft has deployed Verisk’s Verify claims management platform to provide its lawyers with direct, real-time access to more quickly and efficiently resolve litigated credit hire claims.

The verify platform automates the exchange of information among parties and eliminates the need for continuous communication and time-consuming manual case updates.

“The verify platform allows us to link to insurers more directly and securely, accelerating claims resolution to the benefit of all parties,” explained Emma Fuller, partner and head of credit hire at DAC Beachcroft. “The ability to view, manage, and update all relevant claim information from a single source saves time and money for everyone involved.”

“This new agreement with DAC Beachcroft is an industry first, allowing Verisk to facilitate direct collaboration on litigated claims between legal services firms and insurers,” said Olly Savage, director of sales and business development at Verisk. “We’re excited to demonstrate the ways automation technology can benefit both industries.”
