Activists set sights on Heathrow

As they continue to risk alienating the very people they need to support their cause, environmental campaigners continue to cause disruption in London, on the fourth day of protests in the capital.

The group responsible for organising the demonstrations is said to be setting its sights on Heathrow Airport tomorrow, Friday, potentially disrupting Easter holiday plans for thousands of people over the weekend.

The arrest tally has reached 425 as protesters continue to cause disruption in the West End of London. The Met Police have also warned those living and working in the capital that protests may continue for a few weeks -- much longer than originally anticipated.
