Former national security advisor and cabinet secretary, Mark Sedwill is among the speakers at the BioTerrorism Livestream Conference, which will also consider the lessons that can be learnt from the COVID-19 pandemic.

Other speakers include former chancellor of the exchequer, Alistair Darling; former defence secretary, Des Browne; and Lloyd’s chairman, Bruce Carnegie-Brown.

The virtual conference, which is being co-hosted by the Biosecurity Research Initiative team at the University of Cambridge, will take place on 24th and 25th March 2021.
