Global Risk Solutions acquires William Kramer & Associates

Claims adjusting and environmental risk management specialist Global Risk Solutions has bought William Kramer & Associates for an undisclosed amount.

GRS specialises in large and complex claims, often involving third-party losses. WKA also has experience of such claims and offers particular expertise in industries including oil and gas, energy, mining, manufacturing, and real estate and litigation management.

Michael Reeves, London-based complex claims loss executive for GRS, said: “WKA is a recognised name with a solid reputation in many of the global insurance centres, and this agreement represents a tangible sign of our intention to grow our complex claims solutions business both in the US and internationally.”

Arthur Radigan, chief executive and president of GRS, added: “With WKA joining our Complex Claims Solutions business unit, we have a much greater presence in global markets.”
