Speaker Profile: James Crask

James leads the Business Resilience advisory services at Marsh. He previously worked for PwC and has also held Head Risk Management roles for the Nuclear Decommissioning Authority and at the BBC. Prior to consulting he worked for the UK Cabinet Office where he was responsible for planning for terrorism events during the London Olympics and supported Ministers in responding to national emergencies in COBR. James also chairs the ISO panel responsible for the development of all Business Continuity and Organizational Resilience Standards. In 2021, James published a book Business Continuity Management, a practical guide to organizational resilience and ISO 22301.
