Tim Wright has been appointed as CEO of Willis International, the company’s global retail business unit.

David Margrett, currently CEO of Willis International, is leaving the firm to "pursue other interests". Sarah Turvill, currently chairman of Willis International, who has led the business unit for the past 10 years, will remain in that post, working closely with Wright in his new role.

Wright, 49, joined Willis in 2008 as the group COO. Wright came to Willis with over 20 years of international experience in the insurance and financial services industries.

Willis International comprises 5,000 associates in more than 100 offices in over 40 countries in Europe, Middle East, Latin America, Asia-Pacific and Africa.
