Vocal launches managed services

Vocal is to launch managed services for its iModus product. The new managed services team will commence operations on 1 March.

Vocal’s new recruits include Peter Matthews who brings 20 years experience in the technology services industry, most recently at Cable & Wireless. Neil Hedley-Smith joins the team as national account manager, and Noel O’Connell as regional sales manager for the northern region and Scotland.

Also joining the managed services team are Justin Boswick-Pagani, James Cooper and Craig Deeley.
