QBE to offer new health and safety tool

QBE has signed a deal with technology provider Riskex, which will now provide the insurer’s casualty clients with access to AssessNET, an online health and safety management system. As a result of the deal, users will have access to health and safety management information organised through three core areas: risk assessment; accident reporting and investigation; and safety auditing.

Commenting on the new programme, Paul Tacey, risk manager, QBE’s risk management services practice, says: “Riskex have won acclaim for helping organisations to develop health and safety cultures and prevent risks to staff across the UK. We look forward to introducing their innovative technology to many of our casualty clients who will benefit from an increased ability to reduce accidents and defend claims.”
