New flood alert service launched

A free to use live flood alert website has been launched today. Users are able to access interactive maps of flood risks throughout the UK.

The Environment Agency-licensed FloodAlerts service was developed by Shoothill Ltd, and is the first graphical representation of the flood warning data which provides localised updates every 15 minutes, keeping users informed about the potential flood risks in their area.
