Kiln rolls out Fineos claims in London

Underwriting group Kiln has just completed its implementation of Fineos Claims across its London Market claims operation.

Michael Kelly, CEO Fineos, said, “We are delighted to be supporting Kiln, one of the leaders at Lloyd's. The two teams have worked extremely well together. Furthermore, Kiln employees have been trained to use our Fineos Configuration Studio which will make them self-sufficient in addressing change requests.”

According to Craig Beattie, senior analyst at Celent, “The value of claims systems and automated processing has long been understood in high volume insurers. Now Celent welcomes the application of these technologies to the complex and far reaching claims found in the London Market. Employing modern claims technology to the unique requirements of the London Market has the opportunity to not only lower costs but improve quality of service at the same time, furthering the reputation of our industry.“
