Specialist Lloyd’s insurer Jubilee Managing Agency has appointed Paul Battagliola as its new head of operations.
Mr Battagliola has spent most of his career in the London insurance market, most recently as chief operating officer of Lloyd’s managing agency, Argo International (formerly Heritage). His achievements included the restructuring of the organisation following AIM admission and the integration of Heritage into Argo.
On joining the company his initial focus will be to manage Jubilee’s approach to the achievement of the Solvency II targets and to link the changes to the overall business strategy. He will report to Andreas Loucaides, chief executive officer of Jubilee.
