A series of country-wide protests and transport strikes are expected across Greece on 22nd September.
The 24-hour transport strike, which is expected to impact underground, bus and rail services in Athens as well as rail services elsewhere, is designed to highlight the continuing woes resulting from the government's economic policies.
Even taxi operators and air traffic controllers are planning to engage in the protests, alongside public sector employees from the capital's government ministries.
