Matthieu Caillat has been appointed chief executive officer of AXA Corporate Solutions UK.
Caillat spent seven years within AXA Corporate Solutions head office in Paris, where he was in charge of business development and strategy for specialty markets worldwide. Two years ago, he joined AXA Corporate Solutions UK branch, as managing director.
Caillat will join the executive committee of AXA Corporate Solutions and also become chief executive officer of AXA MATRIX Risk Consultants UK, the risk consulting operation in the UK. He has master degrees in Mathematics and Political Sciences.
After five years as chief executive officer of AXA Corporate Solutions UK Branch, Emmanuel Nivet has considered a new career opportunity in Asia, within the AXA Group. Subject to BNM regulatory approval he will be appointed new chief executive officer of AXA Affin General Insurance in Malaysia.
