A completed entry will include:
1. Entry Form
A completed entry form with full contact details (both for the person nominating and the nominated organisation/person). Please make your submission via the website entry form or use the downloadable entry forms.
2. 50 Word Summary
A brief summary of the entry should be included at the beginning of the submission, which will be used to describe the entry if it is shortlisted. The summary should be no more than 50 words
3. 2000 Word Submission
In a 2,000 words or less, please explain why you think your organisation/this company deserves to win this award. Please check individual categories for more details. Please only supply in Word (.doc) or PDF format.
4. Customer Endorsements
Two customer endorsements can be uploaded. (Only if required, please check the individual category criteria)
5. Company Logo
A company logo must accompany each submission. Please supply these as Illustrator eps (vector-based) or jpeg/tif files, at least 300 dpi.
Terms and conditions
1. The awards are free to enter and open to any organisation, internationally
2. The judges’ decision is final
3. Winning entries will be announced at the Awards Gala Dinner on Thursday 30th May 2013
4. All entries will be treated as confidential
5. Companies can enter more than one category.
6. Award entries must be kept to a maximum of 2000 words. Entries that exceed this word limit will be disqualified.
7. Additional material will not be accepted unless require by that category such as endorsements.
