Designed to reward bespoke providers of business continuity/disaster recovery/crisis communications services/solutions, this category will be judged on a company statement detailing products/services, projects undertaken and how success was achieved. Two customer endorsements of around 200 words each must be included with the entry. The panel of judges will award innovation and quality as well as customer service and satisfaction.
